Shipping policy

Your package will be delivered within 3-5 working days (for local orders) after you place an order. We use premium courier services for all shipments. A signature may be required on receipt of the parcel. If no person is available at your address to take the delivery of the parcel, the carrier will make 2 more attempts to deliver the parcel. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

Order Verification:
Before opening the parcel, you are allowed to check the packaging for any visible damage. However, once the parcel is opened, exchanges or returns will be subject to our return policy.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.
